BOX access issue

Hi Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m reaching out regarding an issue accessing a file that was shared with us via Box by our partner. Currently, I’m unable to open or view the file.

Both our internal IT support team and the partner’s IT team have reviewed the issue, and neither side has identified a problem within their respective systems. They have advised that we raise a ticket for further investigation.

Could you please assist in looking into this issue?
If any additional information is required (e.g., screenshots, error messages), I would be happy to provide it.
