Massively struggling trying to share a document with a group of users. currently only sharing with 25 and need to invite another 30 approx. Every time i try to add somebody i just get this message: 'There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again.' Can a box support visor please look into this? Thanks

Hi there! I'm running into an ongoing issue with logging into the box.com app from my phone. My login, password and phone number are correct but when the text is received with the 6-digit code, I immediately put it in and an error comes back and says that it's expired. After a few tries, the message directs me here for further help.

I work for a studio and rely on our Box backups to retrieve large amounts of data. Frequently, almost every time, when attempting to download or make available off line a folder of work, Box Drive Errors out. I get the warning "The device couldn't connect to the server" or the more dire, "could not connect to Box" Box Drive is a broken product and has been for years. Even after following the very manual resetting of Box, via a Terminal command of all things! I still get these errors. This is the only way to download the gigabytes of data I need to is with Box Drive. Its too big for the browser download. I will be escalating this to my IT department and we will begin looking for other backup solutions that work.

Hi Box, My team recently upgraded to the enterprise option and we lost all of our folders. I read that they will be back in 24 hours. Can you please confirm that this is true? We were never notified that this would happen prior to purchasing the upgrade. If we had, we would have planned appropriately. I hope this is something you can address in the future. We provide our clients with a link to their annual folder within their Box account, will those links still work after the folders are back or do we need to send new links to all of our clients?

We are using the Box CLI to create collaboration with folders, we are using group membership to create the link. We have created the links and assigned them to a group. In our test folders, we were reviewing the share and discovered that the links have an expiration date. We would like to create these collaboration links that don't expire. The command below is what we use to create them but we dont see how not to have an expiration date. Any help would be great. box folders:collaborations:add <FolderID> --role <Role Assigned> --groupID <GroupID>

I saw many issues similar to this on the forum but no "fixes." The response to all of these posts was a ticket was created and someone will reach out. I have a user who has the message to install the Box update every time she launches Box. There is an area to send logs but there is no error code. Hi - Last night 2/27, I deleted a user account that owned several TB of content. I transferred the ownership to my account but now the collaborators in those folders can't see the folders. I can see all the folders have been moved into a parent folder with the deleted user's email address. How do I move those subfolders into their original locations so that everyone who should be able to collaborate with them can?
