New member unable to use New+ option.
We have 18 members but for some reason the latest member can see the 'New +' button but it is greyed out. I have search help and can confirm this is a paid member and not a free account. Can you help please?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
It shows that your Box instance has set a restriction to prevent your managed users from creating their own folders.
To verify and possibly disable it, please login to box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Enterprise Settings> Under Content & Sharing scroll down to 'Restrict Content Creation.'
