I'm an individual member, and I have two accounts with different email address.


I haven't been able to log into one of my accounts after replacing my mobile phone. When I try to log in, a window popping up and it says that 6-digits code was sent to an authenticator APP which I don't have in my new mobile.
I would like you to disable 2FA of the above-mentioned account.


I'm logging into with my other account and writing this.
