Storage shows Full, when it is not by a long shot

Storage shows as 100 GB full when there are less than 30GB in account. Hopw do we remedy this silly problem?

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
