Who can help me to run the script for problem with space.


I have no files in my account, and box says I use almost 3gb


Box support can run a script for specific end-users’ accounts as an attempt to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and item counts.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

The bug is happening again.


I constantly upload and delete files from my account due to the nature of my business. Is this always going to occur?
