Greetings,
I have publicly accessible documents saved to Box. Those documents are easily accessible from a desktop web browser even if the user does not have a Box accout. In contrast, I can't figure out how to provide general access to the same documents when a user attempts to retrieve them from their mobile device. There appears to be a requirement that the user have the Box app & a box account. This creates a barrier I would like to avoid. It would be very helpful for mobile users to be able to access public docs saved to Box without the App on their phone. Any tips would be appreciated.
