The issue is present regardless of which folder I am uploading to and what files I am uploading. Also, why are we not able to get technical support if we are using individual plans????

Thank you - but it doesn't work. It's an account specific issue, because I logged on from different laptops and connected to different networks - nothing works. The upload issue still exists and noone from Box is contactable.
