The emails are not being blocked by anything on our end. We use Mimecast and I have super-admin rights so I can see all message traffic. Nothing is being received. Need to make sure both users are not being blocked by the suppression list. <personal information-redacted> and <personal information-redacted> are the two email addresses that need to be removed from the list. I deleted files and yet I still have full storage, how can solve it? I need to upload new files/ thanks.
When I try to add a new user, oddly, my name pops up in the "add user window". I delete my name and try to add a new name (and email address) (along with privledges) the window then goes gray and will not allow me to save.

I am receiving the following error when attempting to upload our list of emails for a batch send process. "Incorrect mimetype: expected text/csv found application/vnd.ms-excel". Any help with what this error means and how to correct it is appreciated. I am using the batch file template from Box and have tried saving the file to different .csv types with no luck. Thank you.

I am continuously getting an error where while trying to save files it will say " There is insufficient disk space to complete operation." Restarting the computer fixes it temporarily but it is getting to the point where I have to restart my computer several times a day in order to bypass this error.

How can we prevent specified folders from being accidentally moved. We had a folder co-owner mistaken move a folder with confidential information into a public folder. I'd like to find out if there are any settings or classifications we can add to parent folders to prevent them from being moved.

When turning on "automatically remove invited collaborators", will this be applied retroactively? I'm referring specifically to folder access (not shared links). Will this setting remove collaborator access to previously shared folders or only to folders that are shared moving forward? Thank you!

Hi, I'm using folder webhook events, and there are the following: FILE.UPLOADED - A file is uploaded or moved to this folder. FILE.MOVED - A file is moved from one folder to another. This is a little confusing. What I need to be able to tell is when a new file has been uploaded vs when a file has simply been moved. But right now when I manually move a file, it triggers both webhooks. So regarding the FILE.UPLOADED webhook, is there a way to tell from the response whether this is being triggered by a new file upload, or by a file being moved?! That way I can ignore if it related to it being moved, as I know I'll get another webhook response for FILE.MOVED Is it the case that if its a new file, it will always have a "sequenceI_id" equal to 0 perhaps? I hope that makes sense! Note that in my opinion it'd be much better if there were just one hook for moved, and another for uploaded. Thanks!
