An invited collaborator in another country received the following error message when attempting to sign up:


Hmmm ... can't reach this page .... It looks like the webpage might have issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.


ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED.


Any suggestions?
