Our customer cannot log in because they haven’t received the two-factor authentication code for Box.

We received an inquiry from our customer regarding Box.

When logging in, they are prompted for a two-factor authentication code,
but they don’t remember setting it up, and the code doesn’t seem to arrive on any of their devices.
Please provide a solution.
