When I save files from Microsoft word to box via my desktop I'm met with the following error message:

Further, when I try to create a folder in box drive, I'm met with the following error message:


dnm01J1QZSCVFMZCZY6W9MDETFJXR.png


 


So far I've:


- restarted the computer


- deleted and redownloaded box from my computer


- Created a new profile to re-download box 


& I'm still being met with this.


I can save to box online but once box is downloaded, that's where I'm getting issues.


Any assistance could be greatly appreciated.

Can I confirm if you have Huntress AV installed in your machine? If so, please disable/uninstall it to fix the issue.
