Hi there, I also facing the same issue. I get the error message saying "insufficient disc space." I tried to move one of the folders out of Box to free up space but it still didn't let me save any new files into Box. My Storage Space is zero used. Can you help me? Thanks
A team member created a Box account with her personal email (Hotmail). Now we'd like to transition the Admin role from her to another team member with a company email. When we follow the Box instructions, the account creator and current Admin receives an email to verify the change, but the link in the email gives this error: You do not have permission to confirm this administrator transfer. You may not confirm the administrator transfer. Please log out and try again after logging in as the administrator.Can you help?- Meredith
Same issue as asked by previously in Open Support Ticket??. Friday and today, Box app has popped up a widow with some type of error and allowing me to send logs for review. After the logs have been transmitted, a new dialog box pops up telling me to open a support case. The link in the dialog goes to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us, not a page to open a support request.
Seen others here with the same issue. I cannot log in with the account that I need to because I have a new phone and do not have the authenticator app connected to box anymore. Thanks.

I understand that many errors are resolvable. These particular errors involve multiple computers at my company and are not resolvable. Currently, the error message pops up and blocks key buttons, disrupting my user experience across several websites and the pace of my workday. The error message box is not moveable. I cannot stop it from appearing and blocking my screen. Box has mistakenly assumed that all errors should be resolvable. They are not (in this case, they are the product of HP Wolf Security, operating on a machine I do not own). Until this issue is resolved I will have to uninstall Box Drive and work only through website uploads and downloads. I am not particularly happy about presumptuous error messages designed for a one size fits all UX, particularly when just allowing me to move them or establish where they appear on my screen would be an easy temporary fix.

I use to be able to authenticate as the subject_type user on the client id app kox474mes4cugrj929i4kh5enokukmlt However, now it seems that the subject_type is being required to be set to enterprise. The problem with this is that as the enterprise, I have to add the "Automationuser" to the folder I want the user to upload to. This is a problem because I have been shared several folders and it would be a large coordination effort to have everyone add the "Automationuser" as an uploader. And this would break for any new shares if the user wasn't added.Is there a way to still be able to upload as the user that has access to those folders? I tried using the As-User header, but then that returns the error like the folder doesn't exist.
We are receiving Box error messages since last Thursday, through Formstack. We contacted Formstack and they adviced to contact you. They said "Token Has Expired" error is most likely due to your server being temporarily unavailable or some similar issue, but as we get one error message every day (every error has been for a different form we have in Formstack), thought to follow-up what could be causing this? I need to remove myself as the Primary Admin and assign another user. They have verified their secondary email (Gmail), but attempting to change them to Co-Admin yields the error that both emails must be verified. Please explain and provide instructions to switch the user to Primary and delete myself as the current Primary Admin. Thank you,-Paige

We just recently purchased a few licenses of the FedRAMP version of box. I am the admin and I setup some items to be applied to all like 2FA. However, users are able to setup their account with out it even though it is set to all. Also, I deselected allow users to create their own accounts yet it allowed someone who received a link.
I'm currently working on a project to organize our BOX folders. As part of this process, we're moving some folders to the Archive. I wanted to clarify something: If a link to a document is shared, will this affect the link itself or the ability to access the document by clicking on the link?
Hello - I gave an editor's access to the recipients, and they said they can't access the file and received the following message: This shared file or link has been removed or is unavailable to you. When I changed the access level to co-owner, it worked. It happened a couple of times before. Any recommendations to fix this issue?
Hello. I have a number of subfolders that I've arranged in a collection for ease of access. They problem is that they all have the same name. How can I sort the folders based on the enclosing folder name? For example I have the structure: Argentina/XYZ/ Brazil/XYZ/ Canada/XYZ/ France/XYZ/ My collection is XYZ (Argentina) XYZ (Brazil) XYZ (Canada) XYZ (France) The collection shows the enclosing folder (the country name) under the folder name, which is fine, but the folders in the collection seem to be in random order even when sorting by name (probably because the names are all the same). How do I add the enclosing folder to the sort?Alternatively, how do I manually sort the items? Thanks!
Hi, uploading video files and they are blurry when previewing on Box. No issues with the file- it's clear and crisp when viewing locally on my computer. A 12 MB file uploads as a 12 MB file, however it's blurry when previewing as if the quality has been compressed. I have previously never had this issue. No issues with my internet connection.
