I am uploading documents into Box but my boss cannot see what I upload. Why is this? And is there a telephone number for support?

This seems like a straightforward question. I have the same problem: A shared a folder with someone outside my team making them a viewer. They say they uploaded 2 documents but I cannot see them, even when logged in online. They looked and verified the docs are there.
