I have a request to automate the download of some files from a folder created under Company A's Enterprise account. Company A reluctant to share the OAuth credential for me to automate my process. I'm exploring the following option: Is it possible for me to create a free personal account, get Company A to share the folder to my account, and then I use my account's client id and client secret to automate the process?
I will be transition employees within my organization, ie one is leaving and the other joining. The new employee will be using the same computer as the previous employee and the same computer user profile. If I add the new person as a Box User, does that mean I have to install a new BOX folder on the computer? Would that take up too much HD space?
Hello. When logging into Box Drive on Mac 14.2.1 1. I select login on Box Drive screen 2. Google Chrome opens I authenticate through Google 3. I am taken back to the Box Drive screen with no change I have tried using safari and reinstalling app. Any help is appreciated.

An expiration date has mysteriously shown up on one of our documents. How can I disable the expiration date. When i navigate through more actions> set expiration date there is nothing listed on the date that it is set to expire.
