• Last activity date added to User Details Report
  We’re adding a new “Last active date” column to the Users Details Report. This will help Admins effectively track a user’s last time stamp of activity in Box.

• More robust external users search parameters
  We’re releasing new enhancements to external users search in Admin Console with new search parameters. Admins will now be able to search by user name, email address, and external domain name.

• GxP Quarterly Controlled Release to production complete
  For GxP customers enrolled in our Controlled Release Process, Q3FY25 features were released to GxP sandbox EIDs on Nov 4, 2024. These features have now been released into production environments for customers enrolled in the process. 

• Persistent Connector Settings, Multicolor Text Support, and Mass Editing of Objects
  Several new features and enhancements coming to Box Canvas that will make your content creation and virtual whiteboarding experience even better!

• Edit Images in Box with Adobe Express for Box
  Box has partnered with Adobe to bring Adobe Express to Box, giving users the ability to make essential edits to images. All changes will automatically and securely save content back to Box, all without the need to purchase separate Adobe licenses.
