Issue with Accessing Files via Box Drive I am reaching out to ask about an issue I have encountered with accessing files via the local folder in Windows 10 File Explorer.I accepted an invitation to access files on the university lab's Box account using my personal Gmail account. While I can view the files on Box.com, I'm unable to access them locally. Whenever I attempt to log in via Box Drive, it redirects me to a webpage indicating that Box is launching, but nothing appears after the launch. Consequently, I can only access the files through Box.com. These are what I have already tried but didn't work:1. uninstalling and reinstalling the application 3 times, the problem persists.2.
