I've been deleting files on Box to clear space for new ones, and emptied out my Trash folder, but those deletions aren't being reflected in my Box account's capacity. Is there any way to help me look into the matter and/or reset my storage count?

Hi 360497915707 - unfortunately this wasn't helpful. In the past, Box Support would run a script to fix the file size count in my used storage, and this would help restore my file size to the correct count. Would you be able to help me with that?
