Co-admin domain issue

I am an Admin, and I am attempting to make a managed user as a co-admin, but I receive the following pop-up: "Admin and Co-admin roles must use a verified domain for the primary and secondary email address. Please try again." How do I verify this individual's domain so that they can be a co-admin?

Limiting editing to online platform only

Is there a way to limit access of a document so that collaborators can only edit on the web version of the app and not 'Microsoft Word Online' (for example)   Thanks

wrong overall size

Hi,   My box account contain only one file of apron 330 kB but used storage in account and billing indicates that 9.9 GB are used. Can you please run the script that recount files and used storage and verify that the result is correct in account and billing ?   thank you in advance Alex

Can't find file

Hello, I am a software engineer, and I'm having trouble locating a file that should have been uploaded to box by one of our systems. URL: https://iora.app.box.com/file/1451088215497Our server logs indicate this was created, but may have been deleted/removed. There are several others like this. Unable to access our files from our Cloud Provider

We use a Citrix environment and log into apps.box.com from within this to access and upload files. We have worked with them and it appears that our IP address has been blocked/banned. We need to have this block/ban removed so that we can access our files.

Free space indicator incorrect please help.

Attempting to finish some uploads into my storage and even on my phone it's showing my total free space available should be around 50% full. I would like to request that the "script" be ran on my account to update to accurate storage totals. Box owner left IBM, who is the Admin?

Hello how to determine the main admin for a boxfolder, if the owner left the company. No one has view or any kind of access to the folder anymore.
