Missing Custom Subdomain field

Hi There, 

I am looking to add a custom domain to my shared file link. The "Custom Subdomain field under custom Setup > Company Profile appears to be missing.

Is this because I am currently on a trial account?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    While your Enterprise account is on trial, I'm afraid you won't be able to add custom Subdomain at this time.
