Can't open Excel on BOX online (must be downloaded)
I would like to know how to operate it online.
I tried changing the extension or creating a new file and uploading it, but it didn't work. I have also checked the files of other projects, and the folders created by other companies are OK, but the folders created by our company are not.
Please tell me why Excel online cannot be selected.
