Hi team, I have an app that needs to access the content of files belonging to users under the same Enterprise. After reading https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4416426377747-Application-access-to-the-user-s-content, I chose to add the app as a collaborator for each folder the app will access. However, when the app try to get the download URL of certain files residing in the shared folders, it get the "Access denied - insufficient permission" error. It encounter the same issue when trying to read the content of the files. I have given the co-owner privilege to the collaborator, but it still lack sufficient permissions. According to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/1500001297702-Nodejs-SDK-Download-File-access-denied-insufficient-permissions-Access-denied, a co-owner collaborator should be able to download and read the content of files in a shared folder. Could you please kindly advise a solution? I would greatly appreciate it. - checked the app can read ite
Again I have deleted some of my files BOX, but still reported not freeing enough space. Suspect the issue is same as what been reported before Appreciate if can look into this issue.

Hi, I've done multiple searches and run a report that confirms that a file that one of my users accessed as recently as 7/18 is neither in the folder where it was last saved nor in the trash. How can this be?
Is it possible to prevent an enterprise user from accessing their individual box account via browser using header injection similar to other cloud based storage solutions. example: X-Dxxxbox-Teamid The goal would be to not allow them to access their individual account while on corp VPN or network but still allow access to their enterprise box account(s).
