account storage limit reached

I recently upgraded my account for unlimited storage but am now receiving messages stating that that account storage was reached. This is incredibly time sensitive - please help.

Do you know who owns the affected folder? It's important that you know who owns the folder. Note that the folder's ability to store more files will vary according to its owner's storage allocation. 

However, if this is one of your owned folder, please take a screenshot of your error and we'd love to further assist.
