Hello, I am being asked to upgrade to a higher plan although after verification it is not possible for me to use all of the available space. I have already found myself in this situation and I had to "purge" my account in order to find space. Please tell me what procedure to follow, it's quite urgent that I find storage space. THANKS

Looks like you've used most of your free storage. Do you need help increase your free storage? If so, please use our Live Chat function and work with our Sales team via box.com/pricing.

The problem is, no, I haven't used all my space. I have a paid account with 100GB available. I currently have 5 GB stored on the box but synchronization is blocked due to lack of space. So there is a problem! I have already been faced with this situation and an intervention made it possible to "purge" and therefore allow me to recover my storage space.
