Hello, I am logged into Box using my work email address. I have received a Box shared folder link from someone at another organization. When I try to open it, I get an error message that says "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you." I already checked with the sender to ensure the right settings. The sender resent the link, but it it still not working. I have an individual Box account. What is the problem?
