Is there a way to disable account level email notifications for specified admins? I made 2 users Co-Admins for a project but they're now receiving email notifications related to the account (e.g., reviews, security and upcoming features/releases.) I couldn't find anything in the Admin Console and my spidy sense says no but thought I'd ask. Thanks.

User created an account independently, but we want his account to join the Company Team. He cannot be invited (I assume as his email is already in use)

On the bottom right is the pop ups from Box. How do I stop getting these they are recordings that I'm trying to download. They do download but keep getting the error details anyway?

I haven't received the notification email.The last notification email received was on Sep. 20th, 2024.Since then, I have not received any notification emails.Please resolve this issue.

I keep getting this error: "Unable to upload changes to AdobeFnt24.lst due to insufficient permissions. Your changes have been saved as a copy. Move this copy to a folder that you own to upload it to Box." I have no idea how to make this error message stop as it keeps popping up every minute or so. Please help me to stop this error!

Hello all. The situation in bullets: I have users collaborating in an Excel file on Box. Observed a user open the Excel file with the web app and edit the file. The same user downloads the file from box but gets a previous version. The user goes back to the web app and her changes are still there. We have "unlimited" file versions enabled in the admin console. For some reason, Box does not show new versions of the file. Can't get past V359 and the last edited date is Sep 26th yet the user can click on the file, make changes in the web app and they remain. I can add more detail if needed. Hope someone can help.   Thank you.

Does anyone have a setup guide/best practice for using the box.com connector for Sharp Copiers? We're tring to get it setup, but we're getting errors, and I don't think the copier company will be much help.   thank you

Using QueryAsync (from .Net API) our app needs to find all folders with some specific folder 'name' property, e.g. "YELLOW".  Our attempts all retrieve YELLOW, but also variations, e.g. YELLOWGREEN, LIGHTYELLOW, etc.  Quoting the name does not change the result.  How must we structure the query operators so that only folders with the exact name "YELLOW" are returned?   

My account recently lost access to all files and folders saved in Box. I have an urgent need for some of these documents. I am not sure if I lost access to them or what happened.

We are using implicit FTPS connection to Box, and yet we received the email saying the Box account is actively using an unencrypted FTP connection. Can you verify that implicit FTPS to Box is encrypted and will continue to work after the deprecation of unencrypted FTP on 10/24/2024?

Box recently changed it so that whenever you use the search bar, it is automatically set to search within the current folder. I never use the search bar to find a file within the folder I'm currently in, and it is incredibly annoying to have to click "Everywhere" every single time I use the search bar. Box should allow users to customize the default settings on the search bar to what works best for them. I at least want to change it so that searches are automatically set for "Everywhere in Box." As a bonus for me, it would also be beneficial for the search to find and suggest folders before individual files, but the default search "In a specific folder" has got to go. 

If the "admin" doesn't need access to the data do we still have to pay for a license for him?   Or should we delete him and make the admin someone else?

It would be nice if the Box icon in the Windows system tray provided visual feedback as to whether syncing is still in progress, has completed, or isn't possible due to a lack of connectivity.

Hi, We're having issues with one user account's (not mine) access to Box, as it keeps requesting 2FA confirmation but the user doesn't have 2FA configured.Can we open a ticket to reset it, please? I can give more details via private message.   Kind Regards

Under Account settings/ Integrations I've changed the defaults for Word & Excel to open with Microsoft Office Online but the file still open with box previewer. This is happening on macOS Sonoma and Sequoia / Safari / Chrome / Edge.I've tried this across three machines with and without box tools.Things I have tried.1.Clean MacOS  2. Different web browsers3. files have the correct suffix .xlsx and .docx
