I've been messing with a couple of PPTX files, and I cannot seem to get them to open in the Online format; only the Desktop app seems to work. I tried creating a PowerPoint in Box, but it redirected me to the Desktop app, and when I saved it (a place PowerPoint deck), I still could not open it via Box's Online option.

Has anyone else experienced this lately?

We are also experiencing this exact same issue as well. Please assist Box Support.
