Can I ask u some questions

It's hard for me to take box.com serious for anything important.  When I open the file (like a preview of the full document), but before I open in an app, then the "preview" changes to a one character wide ruler line toward the end; in addition, the full documents doesn't appear.  So this is what people that I share with get unless and until they download and open in an app.  This example is the least complicated amount of formatting in the .doc source document that you could possibly have.  How can I take this serious for something important?  What do you advise?

Have downloaded and reinstalled the latest version, and followed the instructions for renaming the old box folder. Issue persists. Logs have been sent.

When I log in, I get the message "Your password has expired. Please enter your email address and we will send you instructions on how to create a new password." I followed the instructions to enter my email address and reset my password, but I haven't received the password reset email. What should I do?Affected account: <personal information-redacted>

Hello! I was given links to two files to download earlier this week. I have tried several times on several different browsers to download them with NO success. I have updated each browser, emptied the cache, disabled my security, and disabled plugins and nothing helps.I open the file, click the download button, and am prompted with a popup saying my download has started and that i should create an account or log in (at this time I am always already logged into my account, but the popup remains the same) and the download never actually begins. I am on a deadline here and I do not know how to proceed. Help?I would like to reiterate that I have already followed every instruction on the "common issues with downloading" page and they have NOT resolved my issue.

Hi, I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with inaccurate storage usage reporting in my account. Despite deleting nearly all of our data, the reported storage fluctuates daily and consistently exceeds our quota by the same amount, which seems like a reconciliation error and bug. After reducing and deleting files for several weeks, the storage count initially decreases but then inexplicably returns to exceeding the limit without updating correctly. I've seen that this is a common issue and may require a script to resolve. Could you please assist? I signed up for Box via an institutional account. When I graduated, I still maintained the same email but am unsure if it is still technically an institutional account as I do not have the high caps associated with the institutional account. I am now being told that I will lose access to my institutional email. I changed the login email to my personal. Can someone check if my account would be deleted or if it's technically a personal account?   Thanks so much, Andrew

I am logged into Box; I received a link from a Collaborator and when I click on the link I receive an error message that reads "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for." I am not seeing much of anything in Box and believe I am missing some type of connection with collaborators, even though the link has been shared with me.

When I click on the URL sent to me on Slack, I get the message "The page you are looking for cannot be found." What should I do in this case?

Hello -- Hi, I have been trying to verify my email for several days (as part of updating profile).  I follow the link, get prompted to create a new password - when I press "set password" button it sends me to  403 Forbidden Attempting a prohibited action Because of this, when I attempt to view my Activities in Box Support, I receive the following:  "You have an unverified email You can’t view requests because one of your email addresses has not been verified. Click here to verify your email"   And the whole cycle starts again. I click to verify email, get prompted to create a  password, and receive "Forbidden, attempting a prohibited action".   Please advise! Thanks in advance,

Hello, I have one folder in Box that is not syncing to my desktop Box app. Can someone please assist?

It would be great to get help from a person that works at box. Even through chat... I need help and this put it on the board crap is frustrating. It is not accepting my old password so I can't change it to a new password. I need to access files and this process is not working for me. We have installed the Box sync app on one of our servers, we want to achieve is that a local network shared folder worked upon by a group of users, should get synced on Box cloud using the app. But when we install the app and try using a shared folder within Box folder the local network sharing starts creating sharing and permission issues.
