One of our external collaborators needs help resetting his 2FA. He cannot login to post or ask for help as it requires the 2FA upfront. Can someone assist?

It would be best to advise the external to open a ticket with Product Support so that someone from the team can assist them with their 2FA issue.

Unfortunately, I don’t see anywhere I can place a ticket. We do not have an internal help desk for Box. Our IT cannot reset the 2FA for an outside collaborator and recommended I contact Box directly.
