Hello! I deleted a user without downloading his files before his account was deleted. He was having issues with his account. We transferred an old account to him, and he could not create new folders outside of the previous user's folders (only within those folders). I thought deleting him and re-adding him as a new user would help his issue (it did not). 

However, he needs the files that were on his previous account. How can I retrieve files from a deleted user?
