Hello, Our Client is trying to activate their Box account, but the verification email does not contain the 'Verify Account' button.  They have a Shaw email address.  Can you please advise. Thank you!

The files appear, but it doesn't open any Excel

I'm wondering if a folder can simply be tied to an account instead of an individual, where the admin controls the permissions

Depuis aujourd’hui, les boutons pour créer un nouveau dossier ou fichier ou même pour se déconnecter sont inopérants : j'ai beau cliquer dessus, aucune opération ne se lance, donc impossible de créer un dossier et même de se déconnecter. ça me fait ça sur Firefox uniquement, sur Chrome ça fonctionne bien. I get an error when I try to add a new email address. There was an error while trying to add my-email@account.com to your account.

Is there a way to create a shared link that expires on a set date restricted to preview only access. The interface for sending an invite and sending a shared link seem to be separated and I cannot tell if my decision to restrict to preview only applies to the shared link I am creating or just if I invite to the folder without the link

Hello, It says that my box is nearly full and I have 9.9 GB of 10 GB used. When I go into the folders, I am counting only around 806 MB being used. Please run the script to fix this. Thank you

Hello, I want to compare two PDF files, but the BOX portal cant upload the file, it keeps saying error, even I am uploading one file at a time. 

Dear Sirs,    We would like to reduce the seats from 11 to 6. We only needed 1 additional seat and not 6 additional. 

I deleted all contents and clear up the trash box but still spending 70% of the storage size. I am confused and stuck now. Could you please fix this asap?

Need to request Owner transfer. The Owner of the folder has left the company and no longer has contact with the person who can manually transfer ownership. 

Box has suddenly disapeared from my explorer folder

Our Team uses custom folder icons for our clients. It makes it much easier for our artworkers to locate the correct one (see attached example) I can see the folder when I upload it but the rest of the team can't. Is there a solution to this please? Thanks  Ant

How to solve this fact as seems we are not the only ones who have this problem. We deleted the account our employee created from his side but we are unable to add him in the company account. Urgent matter as he cannot connect into our system without having his own account. Thanks to advice.  On all posts read there is 1 that mention we can invite him but impossible to find how to invite him!

Hello, I'm looking for files delete by accident at the beggining of when I start to use BOX. It was in 2015 or 2016.  I'm ready to pay to have a recovery of all my deleted files.  Can you help me please, it's really important to me. Gregory

Box works fine most days, but every 2-3 days, usually after PC cold boot, Box Tools Installer has to repair my access.  It is a nuisance and causes embarrassing delays with clients when trying to share files.  The Box error message is "use Tools Installer to open and edit this file on your desktop".  It works again in minutes after a Box Tools Installer download followed by the Box "repair" process. I see a similar post 1 year ago but no resolution.  I also run Windows 11 and sounds like a Box support person named France opened a ticket.  What was the result???

If someone has 2 separate Box accounts under separate emails, can those be combined into a single account?

I am trying to login to box but blocked at 2nd step verification ad my mobile number has changed. Tried searching options but it seems there is no other option except opening a case which I can't do myself. Please help.
