Hi there, I received some comments on a box file uploaded in the "Google Docs" format. However when I go to preview the comments, they do not actively correspond to mainline text, and therefore I can't tell what goes to what. Have tried downloading as a word file and opening in Google Docs to no avail.

This issue may occur if the original text linked to the comments was altered or deleted. Ensure the document is fully synced and try restoring a previous version via version history. 3970215195534739666746818835 unfortunately opening in Google Docs and a PDF download didn't work, neither did resync and I do not have access to version history on this level of BOx
