Hello Support,


I am having issues opening Box Drive on my Windows 11 Computer. 


I am getting an error saying that there are Files open that are preventing Box from Starting.


I have uninstalled and reinstalled Box, and restarted my machine multiple times. 


Please Advise on next troubleshooting steps.
