Hi, Is there a way to get a notification email when files are shared so I can be aware if sensitive files are shared by accident?

Can someone please reach out to me to fix this?

Box is reporing 10GB has been used .However I have used much less than this Can you check please

I am unable to access USAfx.  When I try to reset my password it says it needs to be reset by an administrator.  Can you help with this?    Thanks

I am getting this error message when try to access information in a folder. I should have access to it as I am part of the team who created the information. This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you. Think it's a mistake? No worries: Just email the owner or get in touch with Box support. We're here to help. How can I find out the owner or open a ticket with Box support to fix the problem?

Good morning, I'm trying to log into an old account <personal information redacted>I enter my email and password and it asks me to send an SMS to a number i no longer have. I've changed my password twice but it always asks me to send an SMS. I'm locked out! I do not know what else to do!  

I'm able to login, however, I was invited to a new shared folder which requires stronger password requirements. When attempting to reset my password, the site informs me my "old" password is incorrect. I don't see any link to reset my old password, which I need to do before creating a new, stronger, password. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. 

I have a question regarding the box "business plan." I understand that box only allows 5GB per file on the business plan, and that's entirely fine. However, I am working as a system administrator for a small photography business with about 150-200 TB of images, with each image being about 10-40 MB. I was wondering if box will still uphold this promise of "unlimited storage". Or if we will have to end up paying extra for using so much storage.  I have seen other posts regarding the file size limit, but none about the actual limit of "unlimited storage."

Hi,  since yesterday, when I try to access Box I get this message. The manual reset does not work.  

My workplace has been using Box for the past few years. I logged in to day to work on some files and it appears that the entire drive has been wiped. We think there was an issue with who the admin was on the files. I can't find a support number anywhere.

Hello - my colleague is receiving an error that her storage is full so she cannot upload documents. However, when I look at her usage, there seems to be plenty of storage available: This is an urgent matter, as we are trying to share documents with a potential business partner ASAP. I don't see anywhere else to call/email so please respond as soon as you can. Thanks.

May company provide all user with box account, so I wonder if we also get box sign feature? Is there license type that does not include box sign?

I can add a user as collaborator using box relay. However I want to add a box group as collaborator instead. Is this supported?

If we install Box Drive on a laptop and the user marks files "Available Offline" on a file in Box Drive, what happens to that file if we deactivate their account and delete it? Can they still access that file locally?

It had been working for long time, but since today, files cannot be opened from Box drive. I can open from web. Download from web is ok.   

A shared folder is missing from my box and it is not in the trash. I have not deleted the folder, but maybe one of the accounts associated with the box has been deleted. Can I recover my folder?
