Good morning, I'm trying to log into an old account <personal information redacted>I enter my email and password and it asks me to send an SMS to a number i no longer have. I've changed my password twice but it always asks me to send an SMS. I'm locked out! I do not know what else to do!
I'm able to login, however, I was invited to a new shared folder which requires stronger password requirements. When attempting to reset my password, the site informs me my "old" password is incorrect. I don't see any link to reset my old password, which I need to do before creating a new, stronger, password. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have a question regarding the box "business plan." I understand that box only allows 5GB per file on the business plan, and that's entirely fine. However, I am working as a system administrator for a small photography business with about 150-200 TB of images, with each image being about 10-40 MB. I was wondering if box will still uphold this promise of "unlimited storage". Or if we will have to end up paying extra for using so much storage. I have seen other posts regarding the file size limit, but none about the actual limit of "unlimited storage."
Hi, since yesterday, when I try to access Box I get this message. The manual reset does not work.
