Hello Rona, thank you but the problem is not solved, the account is still occupied at 7.9 gigabytes, and I do not have any files or folders in my BOX account, nor do I share the account with anyone.
The save space is empty and 7.9 gigabytes continues to appear occupied, the problem is not just one of visualization, a few months ago I tested it by uploading files, but currently it has been empty for 3 weeks, and the space release is not updated.
Please provide a solution, it is an issue that needs to be corrected.
