Hello Team, We are validating Box as a tool for medical device company where this tool is used for collection of data for clinical trials. I understand that data in transit is secured through TLS 1.2 or higher protocol. However, we are not sure if data at rest in Box and Box drive is encrypted. Hi Support Team, I work for a Saas company where we have multiple customers who use box. I know that Box is tied to email addresses. If another organization approved my email to be loaded to their box site, does that remove any other prior company approval? For example, I started off having access to share files with Company A. I also work with Company B, but when they loaded my email address to their system, my access to Company A discontinued and I can only share files with Company B. Is there a way I can share files with both entities, or do i need 2 different logins? Thanks

I log in fine on my cell phone mobile app and a standard desktop, but I get a blank screen when trying to log in via a laptop, with no invisible links or anyplace to get help. I'm a co-admin on our account and am the primary individual responsible for user management. I've been facing the same issue adding users that many others in the support forum seem to be having - I've been trying to invite new employees into our box account and getting an error message that they already have an account. The support resolution suggested on the forums was "ignore the error message and press save again" which did not work. Now I'm getting messages that I'm not permitted to add users generally. This is a meaningful issue and very frustrating.

The option for "Restrict collaboration to within <Organization>" is greyed out. The account that I am viewing this from is a co-owner of the folder. The account that owns it is an API account so I cannot login as that account. We do not have an enterprise level collaboration restriction. It is only on these folders created with API calls. How can I remove this restriction?

Currently there is a shared folder from one organization and one that I maintain. In theory, the data should be the same, yet I have to manually copy data from one folder to another. I know it is possible to sync data from Box to a local drive, but how can I sync folders from different users?
I keep getting a message “not enough space” when trying to upload files. I’ve only used 2.39gb. This has happened before and support was able to run a script to reset the count. Can this be done again?

At least once a week, Box Drive always crashes. I'm running it on an AMD Macs M1 running the latest macOS Sonoma. It has the latest version of Box Drive installed. Once it crashes I can restart it with no issues. Just very annoying. It resets my find shortcuts as well and can create issues with open Box folders. I've tried a full uninstall/reinstall of Box which hasn't resolved the issue.
I have an individual account, using google to sign-in. I'm unable to change, or create a password. Every time I get an error when trying to create a password. I cannot change the password since I don't have an existing password. I have a folder I need to access and it requires me to have a strong password, but I cannot do anything about the one I have (or don't have..)
