At first, I downloaded the installer and launched it, however whenever I open the Box app, I sign in, it redirects me to the website, I sign in from there, then I get redirected to the home page of the app where I have to sign in again, and this continues to happen.


I removed the app and the installer, downloaded it again, but now it is not running at all. I tried to change the directory of the installer as mentioned in one of the previous messages, but now things are worse and cannot find the installer at all.
