I recently changed my mobile phone number.


Because the Box previously sent a security code to my ole phone number, I need to change my registered mobile number.  However, after log-in, in the Account Setting section, I do not see my mobile number information (any phone number information at all).  How do I change my mobile number registered witht Box?

FYI, I changed the two-step authenticator method to use an e-mail.  Therefore, I do not think I have immediate problem.  However, I still want to de-register my old phone number and register my new number.

You can add/change your mobile number through your Account Profile. 


To edit your Account Profile: 


  1. Login to box.com and navigate to View Profile.

  2. Click Edit Information and add your phone number. 

  3. Click Save Changes.
