It says disabled by administrator ... Not allowed by your Box Administrator? I am the company owner/administrator!
I am messing about with Box Hubs and am finding some limitations that make it difficult to use. Here is what I think is needed: 1 -- Option to copy to file link or download file rather than opening. 2 -- Option to add clickable external web link with a description 3 -- Show tags and file information - to help understand assets on hover prior to opening.
The display of free space is incorrect and I would like to solve it.
A user noticed today (June 10th 2024) then editing an excel file via Box Office Online the feature after cutting a row "Insert Cut Cells..." is NO longer available. This feature is available when using Excel online outside of BOX. The feature was available as recently as June 7th 2024. The users permissions nor licensing has changed in both BOX (owner and tested with CO-Owner) and Microsoft. Can someone take a look at this and see why this may be different? As you can see in the image below there are also a couple other differences as well.

I am using Box Cli commands in our Github Workflow yml files. I have the need to check if a folder exists before uploading to avoid error 409 (folder already exists) issues.I searched the link below but was not able to find any info on how to check if a folder exists so to avoid uploading the same name folder.https://github.com/box/boxcli#command-topics
Dear box community, I wonder if you can help me. I recently upgraded my BOX as I was previously on a free version. That was a few weeks ago now, so I can see all my files. However, the search function is not working, and when I search for files and folders which I know I have in my BOX the search funcition is coming up blank. Has anyone had the same issue? regards
A strange document is appearing in our Recent Files. (Refer@2x.png) It appears to be posted by one of the Box engineers. Is this legitimate or has the system been hacked? Was a notice sent about this? Is anyone seeing this?
Hello, I am trying to change my default email address on a personal box.com account from my work email that no longer is valid to my personal email. How can I accomplish this? I tried doing what others were told to do but I don't get the options they discuss. Thanks!

I was sent a link to a shared file but was not able to access it. Instead it said, "Sorry, we couldn't find what you're looking for." I checked to see if it was just that one file and unfortunately I cannot access any files that I need. How can I get this fixed? Thank you
I don’t want anyone to take this the wrong way, but I consider myself quite knowledgeable and self-taught when it comes to the internet, desktop computer hardware, and software. With that said, I believe Apple intentionally makes things confusing for customers, leading to frustration and giving up. For instance, their file management app is needlessly complicated. Who names an app ‘FILES’? At this point, I refuse to pay extra for iCloud storage. So please help me get my files transferred

Hi! I am a long standing paying customer and Admin of the account. I am having difficulty changing one of the account User's Primary email on file that was incorrectly entered when his account was set up. Each time I attempt to update the User's email I receive a pop-up that the User email is invalid. It is a company email address that is being used and this email is not being used for any other BOX account that the User may have independently. Please advise at your soonest availability. A customer contact number to discuss would be greatly appreciated.
I have made account with my email years ago and now I signed in with google (with same email) and I cant acces my old account anymore, if I write the email when I log in it tries to make a new account. But in my pc where Im still signed in at the browser I still can use this account. Im afraid if I sign out I cant acces to it anymore. Please help <3
I having having a recurring problem in not being able to add collaborators to some of our folders. Last time this happened I was told Box stacks new users until they are cleared. Ass admin of this account why can't I add extra users via the Admin Panel? There is no button available to do this. Recurring problem, please fix.

I would like to link a personal email that was used as an account that was recently cancelled. When I try to do this, I get: "There was an error while trying to add [email address] to your account." Do I need to wait a period of time to be able to do this?
