We sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "supplession list". I think was sent before mail account was created. So, I'd like to know if these mail adress are in supplession list.

There's no box invitation mail in Spam and Junk folder, and email address is correct one.
I think the email in on suppression list, so could you open a case to check the affected email address?
