Share file autofill

When trying to share a folder with a client, Box keeps overwriting the client's email address with just the client's website.  I'm unable to share the folder, very frustrating.  Here's what happens.  I input the email address: <personal information redacted> Box rejects that, and overwrites it with: website.com which doesn't work!! How do I get rid of the autofill?

WE NEED HELP — THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

We need support to assist with resetting our account permissions. We have two seats active on our account and we are only using a combined ~20GB of storage, however, we ALWAYS run into the following warning: "Running out of storage? Your account currently allows you to store up to 100.0 GB of data. Upgrade your account to get unlimited storage."Please asset with resetting account permission in order to allow access to the level of service we are subscribed for. Thank you in advance.

Can't add users anymore

Hello, I'm a co-owner of the BOX study folder for few years but recently I lost opportunity to add any new users to the folder, when I try to share the folder link, I'm getting an error "There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again." Same issue continues few days already. Please help to resolve it.

Access Token and Access Code API not working

I am trying to get access token through API, for that I first need to hit this url https://account.box.com/api/oauth2/authorize I have also given a redirecturl, with my client id and client secret, it is supposed to return a code and that code is required by this url endpoint https://api.box.com/oauth2/token to generate access tokenISSUE:When I hit the request it opens the browser and gives this error  There seems to be a problem with this app. Don't worry, your files are perfectly safe. Get in touch with Box support to get assistance with this app. We're here to help. Error: redirect_uri_mismatch It also sometimes open my account dashboard on url https://account.box.com/ and dispalys an errorOops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

Restore deleted box folder

Hi, a colleague deleted a folder that I no longer have access to, and I think they might have done so more than 30 days ago as it's not in their trash. Is there any way to retrieve things from longer ago?

2-Step Verification is not working

6 digit code from authenticator app is not accepted. I get a response that it has 'expired' each time. a reset and new code continues to result in the same issue.

I Cannot delete my file

When trying to delete a file on my storage by logging into BOX, an error message in a red pop-up appears saying, "An issue occurred while executing the Request Please try again." and the file cannot be deleted. Is there a solution for this issue？

Inaccurate out of storage

My account is only half full, but I get "out of storage" message. It has been over a month, and nothing is being updated. According to the previous posts, Box Support needs to run a script to update my storage usage. Can someone please run it and fix this issue for me? Thank you.

Box not working on Win11 Box version 2.39.174

Hello, Yesterday Box updated to 2.39.174 and then never finished or something and I was unable to access my files. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but did not fix the issue. I ended up using revo uninstaller and then re-installed box and it worked! but sadly again today I'm having the same issue where I can not access my files and windows tell me Box is not installed but I see it in the installed apps in settings. Please help! Thank you in advance! I have 2 other computers with the same account that are not experiencing the issue but have not updated to 2.39.174, they are on 2.38.173.
