Transfer account ownership

Hello!

I am no longer with the company and need to transfer the account ownership to <personal information-redacted>. Please let me know what needs to be done.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    In order to successfully transfer the Admin privileges, the next/new Box Admin should have a verified domain.

    Before your Admin transfer, please follow these steps to verify your domain. 

    Adding a managed domain consists of three separate tasks:

    1. Add the domain and get a unique code (also known as a hash).
    2. Create a new DNS record for the domain with the unique code.
    3. Validate the domain.
