I am unable to upload any files to box.


I have tried all recommended trouble shooting including clearing cache and cookies, updating my browser, trying a different browser, disabling firewalls, restarting my computer, checking my network connection, and running diagnostics on the box website itself. I have renamed files, tries test uploads with no avail. 


Is there a way to get ahold of anyone from box to assist?
