Automated processing of data flow

I currently have three suppliers, A, B, and C, regularly uploading Excel data to the folder at the top of my folder. How to use it in conjunction with my Tableau Prep and Tableau Server? I want to periodically call the API to automatically download Excel and use Prep to process the data
