Cannot See Files from Client

One of my clients sent 3 Folders containing documents for a bid.  I cannot see them when I log into my "Free" Box account.  Do I need to upgrade my account in order to view documents?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Did your client uploaded the folders to the folder you already have access with? If not, your client must initiate to share the folders.
