Hi everyone,I removed a contributor from Box today and almost all folders we were working on disappeared from my Box.How can I get the folders back ?Thanks for help !

HelloI am my organization's Box administrator.My organization's Box tenant domain is verified by my organization.I want to know how to find unmanaged users who have email addresses from my organization's domainIf unmanaged users are used as Shadow IT, I want to delete those users.and only non-Shadow IT users to join My organization's Box tenant.

One of my collegue also needs access to box, but i am not sure who is admin in our organization. Need support.

Hi Support team, I'm a Box co-admin on the Playstudios Business Box account. We had a deactivated account associated with this internal company email <personal information-redacted> but got no luck. Please help us reactivate it or add it as a managed user. Thanks      

I have a Starter plan and was wandering if I can restrict external users from downloading an entire folder. I want them to be able to download individual files within the folder but not the entire folder. Is this possible?

Can I recover deleted files in the Recycle Bin with the Personal Pro plan?

My email address is going away.  I need to change my primary email address, and keep all the folders and documents I currently have in my account.  I am the only user, using the free version.

I am currently setting up box for my company GlyProVac I need to add my co-founder to our enterprise, but he already has a box account. Therefore I get the below error message.   Name,Email,Errors                   XXXXXX,Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise

Sometime this week, the search results have been limited to 20 items with no option to load more when I know that 100+ files match the search. On the web app, I used to be able to scroll down to load more. Narrowing the filter down just loads a new batch of the most relevant 20 items. 

If you know of any, please let me know.Regarding setting passwords for shared links.Is it possible to set the password for the shared link in the free plan? If not, please let us know which plan is available.

Hi there, I think I'll upgrade my account to Business Account to use metadata. But I want to ask something about metadata.  I share my folder with external collaborators, and they have edit permission in my shared folder. The file of shared folder is applied metadata, but external collaborators is in the other tenants, so I think they can't use metadata to search advanced in their tenants. If they create the same metadata template in their tenants, they can use metadata to search advances in my shared folder? Regards, Ngo Duc Doanh

I would like to switch my primary email address and the email domain from my old company to a personal gmail email address and not corporate email domain.  My other users would also use their personal email addresses.   How do I need to convert my current Box account to allow for the above scenario?   Thanks   Frank

I am trying to access a shared file from a university that is different from mine. The file is made accessible to users at my institution, but I receive this error message: "This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you".   Please advise.

I'm logging in with someone else's account. Because I didn't receive email after click "Reset Password". I have followed the troubleshooting step but it still not worked. My email is <personal information-redacted> I have checked Box site and email are not  in my company's block list of websites. And I also reset my password using a different browser or you can clear cache and cookies on my preferred browser. Also, I have checked my virus scan, Internet Service Provider, and company's mail server or firewall and make sure that my email client is not blocking emails from  Could you adivse what should I do? Thank you.  

I'm on this site https://upayacouncil.wordpress.com/english/ and I'm trying to view many of the text files. They all seem to be stored on box, but nothing loads. Does anyone have any insight into why I can't access any of this site's materials? They are clearly trying to present the materials to the public using box.com but nothing is loading?Thanks

Hello,   Each time i use a new mobile device to log in my credentials i am unable to further it because the sms notification are not sent or i do not receive it. can this be updated to email as another option

When I tried to open an image file I loaded to the box, file extension is .CR3, I have the following message: (This preview didn’t load because the file type is unsupported. Please try to open or download the file to view.) what do i need to do to be able to open the file and view the image? I have other software app which can open these kinds of files, FastrawViewer, would that helps to open those files?
