Hi, we set up the Box Sign. We can use the send sign button to send the documents. Customers can see and sign the document. When they sign, we receive the email and signed file is available in box. However. we don't see Box Sign> record under related list. We already created the lookup relationship with Box Sign and the object we are sending documents from.
