Can't downloads file with link

I have created share link for a file but when I tried to download file with the link, it shows "Your Download is In Progress" but nothing happened.

There is no issue yesterday.

 

Anyone has solution or t is Box issue?

    Hi Jimmy, 

    I have similar issue.

    Initially the link worked fine, and ok to download. After a few months, when click on same link, I got an error message: The requested page does exist. 

    Currently, still waiting for box support to reply.
