We are a law firm and we are switching to box sign to send retainer agreements to our clients. I have created the send via box sign button in our salesforce, the button is working fine but when I send my clients emails the client can't fill in the fields or sign the doc, and they have to create the fields from the options on the right side of the screen.


I've already created sign templates in the box service account and given access to all collaborators and both our service and collaborator accs are connected to salesforce.


when I use the "send via box sign" button and choose a document, I can only see the pdfs of my agreements and not the template itself. I think we need to figure out how to send our templates that have empty fields instead of just pdfs from salesforce.


Any help would be appreciated.
