If my certificate expires in May, should I wait until it gets closer to that date to upload the new one? Will time be lost if you activate the new certificate before the previous one expires?

Welcome to Box Community.


There are new settings available in the Box Admin console which allow Box administrators to manage your Box Enterprise's SSO connection's signing certificates without assistance from Box Support. You can access the SSO Certificate Management tool in the Box Admin Console under Enterprise Settings > User Settings > Configure Single Sign On (SSO) for All Users.
